This time, we’re diving into an experimental tasting menu that celebrates the bold, playful spirit of chaats and the warmth of ginger-forward dishes, all brought to life with a Bengali twist of aromatic spices and tangy, layered condiments.
Think crispy, tangy, sweet, and spicy all dancing together on your plate—an ode to street food nostalgia, reimagined with the comfort and depth of home-style Bengali flavors. It’s going to be a feast for the senses, and I can’t wait to share this next chapter with you.
ADDA V.1
The day began with lists, chopping boards, and the hum of spices filling the air. By evening, the table came alive phuchka shells ready to crack, chaats layered like little mosaics, prawns simmering in coconut milk. Friends, strangers, and soon-to-be friends gathered around, and the room slowly turned into a chorus of laughter and conversation. It was more than a meal; it was a reminder of why I wanted to create Adda in the first place a space to pause, to share, to eat, and to feel at home.
