Fridge Clearance Brunch and ADDA
Adda is about gathering, sharing, and making magic out of the ordinary. This time, the table came together not from a planned menu, but from whatever was sitting in the fridge and pantry.
Here’s what we served:
🥤 Berry Cooler with chaat masala and lime
🥙 Hummus with garlic, olive oil, sumac, and pomegranate
🍆 Baba Ganoush Bharta with paanch phoron and shorsher tel
🍲 Falafel spiced with chillies, coriander, and gorom moshla — almost like daaler bora
🍞 Turkish Bread
🥗 Raid-the-Fridge Salad with toasted spices and tangy dressing
It is a playful, spontaneous brunch — proving that food doesn’t always begin with recipes, but with the ingredients already waiting for you.
