Five new guests came to the table, friends who travelled from Prague and were joined by friends in Berlin. What was meant to be a small tasting of recipes became an evening of catching up, sharing stories of new cities, new languages, and new ways of living. The food was simple, cooked the way I know it, with a few twists to see how things might feel on the plate. It was less about presentation and more about warmth — dishes passed around, eaten slowly, and remembered in conversation.
